Custom software · Australia & New Zealand

Software built
around your business.
Not the other way around.

SimplifAI builds custom CRMs and AI admin platforms for Australian and New Zealand businesses — plus websites and AI installations. You own it, it’s documented, and it’s hosted in your name.

The problem

Most businesses are paying every month for software that still doesn’t fit how they work.

So the gap gets covered by spreadsheets, shared inboxes and people’s time. That cost never appears on an invoice, and it is usually the larger one.

What we build

Two custom builds.
Two ways to move faster.

Why custom

Off the shelf,
or built for you.

01
You stop paying for what you don’t use
Software companies bundle hundreds of features so they can sell to everyone. You pay for all of it and use a fraction. A custom build only contains what your business actually does.
02
It fits the first day, not the third year
Off-the-shelf systems make you change your process to suit their software. A custom build starts from how you already work, so people use it instead of working around it.
03
It changes when you change
New service line, new region, new way of doing things. A custom build gets updated. A subscription product makes you wait, or lock yourself into a higher tier.
The process

From first call
to live system.

01
Discovery call
We map how your business actually runs and where the time goes.
02
Written blueprint
A full spec and a fixed quote. You sign off before anything is built.
03
Staged build
Working software reviewed with you every week, not a reveal at the end.
04
Go live
Data migrated, team trained, documentation handed over, accounts in your name.
How we work

No surprises,
at any stage.

01
Written spec before anything is built
You sign off exactly what you’re getting. If the blueprint isn’t right, you don’t proceed.
02
Delivered in stages
You see working software every week, not a black box for three months followed by a reveal.
03
Documented and handed over
Full written documentation on delivery. You are never dependent on one person.
04
Hosted in your name
Every account the system runs on is set up in your business’s name, so you own your own infrastructure.
Common questions
How much does a custom build cost?
It depends on scope, and scope depends on your business. That's what the discovery call is for. You'll get a fixed written quote before anything starts, and the deposit is refundable until you sign off the blueprint.
How long does it take?
Most builds run between six weeks and four months depending on size. You'll get a realistic timeline in writing, not an optimistic one.
What happens to our existing data?
It gets migrated, checked and reconciled against your current system. Nothing gets switched off until you've confirmed everything came across.
Where is our data stored?
In an Australian or New Zealand data centre — your choice. It doesn't leave the region unless you ask for it to.
Is it secure?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, permissions by role, every access logged, backed up daily with restores tested rather than assumed.
Do we own it?
Yes. The system and the documentation are yours, and every account it runs on is in your business's name.
What if we need changes later?
Small changes are covered by the monthly. Anything larger is quoted before any work starts, so nothing surprises you.
What if it doesn't work out?
The deposit is fully refundable right up until you sign off the blueprint. You see the full written spec before you commit to the build.
