Custom build

A CRM built around your business, not the other way around

We build the one you'd have designed yourself — your records, your stages, your language — and you stop paying per contact to a company that has never met you.

The problem

Most businesses pay for a CRM with hundreds of features they never open, and still can't do the three things they actually need. Every month they pay more for a system they've bent their process around.

What it does

Everything it needs.
Nothing it doesn’t.

01
Built around your workflow
Your stages, your fields, your terminology. Nothing generic, nothing you have to work around.
02
Only what you'll use
No feature tiers, no upsells, no paying for modules your team has never opened.
03
Your data brought across
Everything migrated from your current system, checked, reconciled and tested before anything is switched off.
04
Hosted in Australia or New Zealand
Your choice of region. Your records stay where you want them, not wherever a US vendor decides.
05
Permissions that make sense
Staff see what they need and nothing else. Every access logged, so you can answer if you're ever asked.
06
Reporting built in
The numbers you actually check, on a screen, live. Not an upgrade tier, not an export you paste into a spreadsheet.
How it works

Four stages.
No surprises.

01
Discovery
We map how your business actually runs.
02
Blueprint
A written spec you sign off before anything is built.
03
Build
Delivered in stages, reviewed weekly.
04
Go live
Data migrated, team trained, old system switched off only when you're happy.

What happens if you get hit by a bus?

Every build is handed over with full written documentation — how it's structured, how to change it, where it's hosted, how to restore it. Any competent developer can pick it up. You're never locked to one person.

Who it’s for

Businesses paying real money each year for a CRM that still doesn't fit how they work.

Common questions
How much does a custom build cost?
It depends on scope, and scope depends on your business. That's what the discovery call is for. You'll get a fixed written quote before anything starts, and the deposit is refundable until you sign off the blueprint.
How long does it take?
Most builds run between six weeks and four months depending on size. You'll get a realistic timeline in writing, not an optimistic one.
What happens to our existing data?
It gets migrated, checked and reconciled against your current system. Nothing gets switched off until you've confirmed everything came across.
Where is our data stored?
In an Australian or New Zealand data centre — your choice. It doesn't leave the region unless you ask for it to.
Is it secure?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, permissions by role, every access logged, backed up daily with restores tested rather than assumed.
Do we own it?
Yes. The system and the documentation are yours, and every account it runs on is in your business's name.
What if we need changes later?
Small changes are covered by the monthly. Anything larger is quoted before any work starts, so nothing surprises you.
What if it doesn't work out?
The deposit is fully refundable right up until you sign off the blueprint. You see the full written spec before you commit to the build.
